Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BELDI LONDON.

We operate using a third-party fulfilment model, meaning products are sourced and shipped directly from our supplier partners. While we do not physically handle inventory, we are committed to assisting you with any issues related to your order.


1. Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within the 14-day period
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Important: Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Requirements:

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue is required
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect

3. Returns & Supplier Processing

As we work with third-party suppliers:

  • Approved returns may need to be sent to a supplier warehouse, which may be overseas
  • Return instructions will be provided after approval
  • Do not send items back without contacting us first
  • International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Personal hygiene goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear without seal)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards

5. Electronics

Electronics must be returned in original condition with all packaging.

  • Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products may be shipped from different international locations
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Carrier delays
    • Customs delays or charges
    • Lost or stolen items marked as delivered

7. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected by the supplier:

  • We will notify you of the outcome
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product

If a replacement is available, we will prioritize sending a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
